Rock Climbing Taster Sessions
If you fancied rock climbing but do not now where to start then
these taster sessions are for you. You will make your first moves
low down learning hand and foot placements, then progress to
ascending a single pitch slab. The instructors at MRA will coach
you and build up your confidence and techniques so that by end
of the session you will acquire the skills and understanding to
progress further and attain new heights in the world of rock
climbing.
Cost:- £45 p.p.

Abseiling Taster Sessions
Once you have reached the top of your climb you
may not be able to walk from the top of the crag
so we will show you how to set up a abseil and
show you abseil techniques, so that you may
descend in safety back down the crag.
